About Me

Hi there, I'm Ken Giang — a production designer with a background in computer science and a master’s degree in communication design. My career has spanned roles as an interactive developer, multimedia UX/UI designer, and product designer, working across corporate, agency, and startup environments.

What I love most about my work is the ability to solve complex problems and create intuitive, impactful products that make people's lives easier. I thrive on collaborating across functions—from marketing and customer success to product management and engineering—to deeply understand user pain points and drive meaningful business impact.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, hiking, gardening, cooking, woodworking, and spending quality time with my family.

As a UX designer, my mission is to create products that are useful, intuitive, and enjoyable. I focus on understanding user needs, streamlining complex workflows, and designing solutions that enhance efficiency and engagement. By balancing usability with business goals, I strive to build experiences that not only solve problems but also delight and empower users.
